
Clinical Haematology
The Clinical Haematology service offers a comprehensive assessment of haemostasis, thrombosis, unexplained cytoses and cytopenias, and potential haematological malignancies.
Referrals are welcome for:

abnormal bleeding or bruising
-
perioperative management of bleeding risk or anticoagulation

deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism

unexplained anaemia
-
persistent neutropenia or thrombocytopenia

suspected myeloproliferative disorders (polycythaemia and thrombocytosis)

assessment of suspected or confirmed myeloma, lymphoma or leukaemia
